FAQs
Questions?
Everything you need to
know before we start.
What does RENHAYA ENTERPRISE do?
We're a Malaysia-based software team that builds websites, web applications, mobile apps (iOS & Android) and custom software, and we keep supporting and improving them after launch.
How do we work together?
We build with you, and you're in the room the whole way. We listen first, plan it together, build openly with regular updates and working previews, test it properly, launch as a team, and stay with you after launch.
Who owns the code and designs?
You do. The code, the accounts and the designs are yours. There is no lock-in.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. From our recent work: a corporate website took 30 days, an event ticketing web application 21 days, and a cross-platform digital signage system (web, Android and Windows) about four months.
What technologies do you use?
We choose the right tools for each project. Recent projects used Laravel and Vue.js, WordPress and Figma, the Razorpay payment gateway, and apps for Android and Windows.
Do you support the product after launch?
Yes. Support, improvements and growth are part of how we work, because your success is how we grow too.
Will you recommend something I don't need?
No. We'll never push you toward something you don't need. If a simpler solution serves you best, that's what we'll recommend.
Are you a registered business?
Yes. RENHAYA ENTERPRISE is a registered Malaysian business (SSM 202603079891 (TR0339616-U)), based in Shah Alam, Selangor.
